BOOKS ORDER FORM

Terms & Conditions:

1. Kindly fill the form with the accurate number of copies per class and total number.
2. The books are not subject to copyright.
3. WATT E-School of Languages owns the copyright of the materials.
4. Counting of the books should be done within 48 hours upon receipt and confirm its authenticity. Missing books will be replaced.
5. After 48 hours, no complaints about quality or quantity will be considered and the customer bears the inconvenience.
6. WATT E-School of Languages bears the cost of transportation of the books from the warehouse to the destination.
7. Each book costs Ghs35.00 (from KG1 to Year 10)
8. Payments must be made within 90 days after supply to enable us pay the printers in order to order other bank charges.
9. Beyond that period, a penalty of 5% will be added to the amount to be paid so our service provider (Bank) may retrieve the money invested.
10. Money can be paid in instalments or in bulk within the period.
11. Payments should be made via any of the following details:

12. A discount of:

a. 10% will be applied to orders ranging from 20 to 500 copies

b. 15% will be applied to orders ranging from 501 to 1000 copies

c. 20% will be applied to orders ranging from 1001 to 2000 copies

Note that:

1. The unsold books can be returned after the period of 60 days to enable us sell to others. Beyond that period, the customer will bear an extra cost of 5% to defray bank charges..
2. The French teacher is entitled to a 2-hours online training to enable him use the portal to teach in class.
3. The school Management must provide a projector to the French teacher for the students to have the lessons on larger screen.
